Commission Info

Terms of Services

1. Upon commissioning me, you are confirming that you are over the legal age of 18. If I find out you are a minor during the commission process, I will immediately cancel your project and blacklist you.
2. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
3. I only accept payment via PayPal, Cashapp, and Zelle.
4. I can do payment plans for commissions over the price of $80.
5. I can charge you extra costs if many revisions and edits are requested.
6. I will only ask for payment when I'm ready to work on your commission. Please have the funds ready beforehand. If you force your money into my account without my approval, I will refund you and you will possibly lose your queue spot and your commission.
7.For commissions over $100 I require a 50% down payment before I start working on the avatar.
8. When I'm working on your commission, I will have regular contact with you to show WIPs. Your feedback is very appreciated!
9. I cannot refund once the product is delivered since this is a digital product. If you ask for a refund during the commission process, I can only refund depending on how much I have worked on. The cost of premade assets used in your commission cannot be refunded once purchased.
10. I will ask for proof that you have bought the assets/models that you want me to work on. Sending a screenshot of the receipt or email from Gumroad will be fine.
11. VRChat Avatar commissions takes me 1-10 days to complete, depending on the complexity, service type and also where you are in the queue. If I take longer than that to finish, with no update, I will refund you fully. (Unless the delays are caused by the client, like slow communication or payment)
12. If it is a model work commission, I will only pass the commissioned files (texture files, asset FBX, etc) by default BUT I can provide the Unity Package, or upload directly to your account if you'd prefer! (Log in details is required for uploading to account, please give a temporary password)
13. You may post and share the commissioned works on your personal social media profiles or websites.
14. I will post WIPs and finished commission works on my socials. If you wish to keep your project private, please let me know beforehand!
15. If you have a due date in mind, please let me know ASAP! Putting you at the front of the queue will require extra costs.
16. Please DO NOT rush me. I will be working on stuff other commissions at the same time, please understand.
17. Once delivered you'll have 1 month to contact me about any issues with the service I have provided, after that extra costs will be charged.
18. Once the product is delivered to you, it will be your responsibility to keep the working files. I will delete the files on my end after a few months to save space on my PC and hard drive. If i still have the files, feel free to request them from me!
19. I will not work for anyone who is going to use the commissioned product with malicious intent. I am not responsible for any misuse of the model or administrative actions taken against you.
20. If you do a chargeback on a product/service that is all done and provided to you without discussion with me beforehand, I will revoke the rights for you to own and use the asset made for your commission. The assets will be made public for others to purchase or use, and you will be permanently blacklisted.
21. For any clothing/add on assets I don't own, I will require the client to pay for the asset they want. For avatars I don't own, i only require the client to pay half of the price.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and will be held accountable.

Commission Pricing

All prices listed here are my staring prices. Prices will change depending on complexity.
If you want me to add premade assets on your model, I will have to charge you the cost of the asset. For avatars I do not have, I will only charge half of the avatar price.
If I can not do something, I will let you know and you will have the right to a refund.Yes I do both NSFW and SFW commissions, just let me know before hand and for NSFW assets you must prove your age to meVrchat Stuff
